1.  It’s loaded with whole sweet raisins that we plump in water before adding to the dough. We also add nutritious and delicious raisin paste to keep the bread extra fresh, moist, and sweet without the addition of any nasty chemical preservatives or unnatural additives.

2.  Every loaf is hand-rolled with a layer of cinnamon sugar in between the layers. It definitely takes longer to make, but the final product is worth it.
