We Need Space!

We're growing fast. And we need to expand.

We need your help. 10,000 square feet of it! We really need space in the City of Lancaster.

The Lancaster Food Company started making and selling certified organic products last July. We started with just one grocery store and now have over 70 customers from Washington to NYC. We're grateful to our customers, stores, and restaurants--thank you! (our Lancaster stores are listed below).

We've also grown from our two founders to 12 people, and are hiring about two people per month. Part of our mission is to hire people out of poverty and into thriving-wage jobs, which we're pleased to say we've been achieving.

Our growth continues and we really need new space.

THE BIG REQUEST
Do you know of anyone who might have either

  • a pad site or land without environmental issues, or
  • at least 10,000 sf of commercial space (zoned appropriately) willing tosell to us?
  • Non-conventional buildings are welcome. High ceilings celebrated. Churches. Zoos. Skyscrapers. Abandoned department stores. City Halls. Anything!

We're aware of anything listed on real estate sites--we're only asking about off-market property. If you do, please have them email us at space@lancasterfoodco.com

Can you share this with your networks?

Thank you so much!

Our mission is to make extraordinary food,
source from organic farmers as close to home as possible,
and hire people out of poverty into thriving-wage jobs
